A mindful leader is one who is awake and aware in the moment, a leader who can navigate change and manage transition while remaining focused and effective. Balance, resilience, and agility are all hallmarks of the mindful leader.

Personal mastery is a life-long journey that begins where you are, with specific strategies and practices for developing yourself from the inside out. Mindful Leadership helps leaders, teams, and organizations excel during challenging times.

As a result of this interactive presentation you will learn to:

·       Use mindfulness practices to stay focused and navigate the current economic environment. Mindfulness is present-moment awareness and agility.

·       Identify and replace self-limiting mindsets and disruptive emotions with more constructive self-beliefs and positive attitudes.

·       Balance the leadership need for Being vs. Doing, and why one without the other leads to inaction or wrong action.

·       Use mindfulness skills and practices to guide yourself through transition, lead change, and enhance decision making.

Don't miss an evening where you can expand your network, make new friends, share knowledge with your peers, and hear highly relevant and beneficial insights and perspectives from an expert in the marketplace.
